Is there a counter on my web site?
Yes, a counter can be found on your site if you click on "Tools" and then look at the top right of your page. This counter counts 1 page view everytime any page of your site is clicked on whether it be by you or any visitor to your site.
If you would prefer a counter which counts unique hits, i.e. 1 count for each visitor who comes to your site, you can get a good free counter at http://statcounter.com/, http://www.digits.com/create.html, http://www.sitemeter.com/, http://www.internetseer.com/ (or you can do a search on Google.com for a different counter). To add the code, we have a handy tool so you need only copy in the code once and then you can check off which pages you would like it to apply to. Once you get the code, follow these steps:
- Click on "Manage Pages" from your toolbar.
- Click on "Power Tools."
- Click on "Add Tracking Code to your pages."
- Copy (highlight and press CTRL-C) and paste (press CTRL-V) your counter code in the Tracking Code box and click on the "Save" button.
- Then, check boxes will appear. Put a checkmark by the pages you would like the counter to be on and click on the "Save" button.
